I'm not much of a gearhead... but if you ran it with too much oil and blew the engine, replacing the plugs isn't going to help.
A cheap compression gage (that you press into the sparkplug port) should tell you if you blew the engine. You'd have to know the correct comrpession settings, of course.
I agree with what everyone else is saying... that's way too much for anyone to pay for that bike in non-running condition.
